Return &amp; Refund Policy
<meta charset="UTF-8"> Order Cancellations &amp; Modifications If you would like to cancel an order, please send an email to abbio@abbio.io immediately. We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and may not be able to accommodate your request but will be happy to work with you until it is resolved. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel single items from an order. If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will be refunded for any canceled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a canceled order, please send an email to abbio@abbio.io. If you need to update your shipping address, please send an email to abbio@abbio.io immediately. Returns We want you to love your AB BIO purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to abbio@abbio.io within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. Simply return the gently used portion, and we will be happy to provide a refund for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping. To return a product, please send an email to abbio@abbio.io and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. Our warehouse does not accept returns. We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return without the return authorization and the correct return address. We recommend that you send your return or exchange via FedEx, UPS, or USPS’s insured Parcel Post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please keep the tracking information for your package in case it is needed. Once your return is received, please allow up to three business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a return confirmation email once your refund has been processed; the amount will be posted to your bank account within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item(s) plus sales tax. Returns for orders paid by gift cards will be processed to a new gift card that will be emailed to the customer’s original email. If your return has been rejected after inspection, we will notify you via email. Please note: Only items purchased on abbio.io may be accepted for return. If you purchased your AB BIO product at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance. Missing or Damaged Packages If your package was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise, and notify us immediately at abbio@abbio.io. If your package is missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight. Fedex.com provides proof of delivery. You can track your package on their website to see a photo of where your package was left. If the package is not found, notify us within three days of the scanned delivery date at abbio@abbio.io. We will start a trace with FedEx and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 2-3 business days.

REFUND POLICY

Shipping Orders placed on abbio.io ship via FedEx or USPS. At this time, we ship only within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, and US territories, including Guam and Puerto Rico. We are pleased to offer USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO addresses. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please note that we are unable to accept international billing addresses or P.O. box billing addresses at this time. Please review your shipping information at checkout to prevent any errors or delays in shipping. If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at abbio@abbio.io. We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order. *Please note that address changes may result in additional charges.
