Returns We want you to love your AB BIO purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to abbio@abbio.io within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. Simply return the gently used portion, and we will be happy to provide a refund for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping. To return a product, please send an email to abbio@abbio.io and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. Our warehouse does not accept returns. We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return without the return authorization and the correct return address. Missing or Damaged Packages If your package was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise, and notify us immediately at abbio@abbio.io. If your package is missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight. Fedex.com provides proof of delivery. You can track your package on their website to see a photo of where your package was left. If the package is not found, notify us within three days of the scanned delivery date at abbio@abbio.io. We will start a trace with FedEx and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 2-3 business days.

REFUND POLICY

Shipping Orders placed on abbio.io ship via FedEx or USPS. At this time, we ship only within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, and US territories, including Guam and Puerto Rico. We are pleased to offer USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO addresses. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please note that we are unable to accept international billing addresses or P.O. box billing addresses at this time.
